This soft, quality lace is made from 35% cotton and 65% polyester. The embroidery has a nice satin sheen and the cotton base is matte. There is a sturdy cotton binder on the top that finishes the lace nicely. This lace is sold by the meter. We use it on quality Lolita dresses and gowns.
