36" Classic Weight Felt - Antique White
This 100% polyester classic weight felt ( 210g/m2) is approximately 1/16 inch thick. It is has a moderate weave and can be pulled apart or shredded with force.
Uses: This is a great fabric for making fine details and light weight decorations. We use medium weight felt as a base for making large panels, with classic felt sewn on top to create the design. This is how we did the front panels for Mercy Devil and Remilia!
Width: It measures 91.4cm (36 inches) wide and is sold by the meter. Cuts longer than one meter will be done in one continuous piece.
Care: Felt should be spot cleaned for best results. Patches or designs made from this felt and sewn onto garments can be hand washed in cold water, however, do NOT use heat to dry (hang to dry). Felt can be ironed on medium heat, from the back, with a protective cloth between the iron and felt.
Sewing Tip: This fabric requires no finishing on the edges, which makes it possible to create intricate designs! Needle size 12for most projects.
