FAQ

What happened to your Online Store?
Managing our online store, retail location and Etsy sales became a bit of a hassle last year! We have decided to just use Etsy for online sales to help keep things simple. We will accept Etsy and Paypal payments for online transactions, plus credit and debit payments for in-person sales. 

​​Where do you ship? How much is shipping? What carrier do you use?​​
​We currently ship to Canada and the USA. We use Canada Post to send most packages, and we use UPS to ship custom and rush orders. Any exception to this will be posted on the item's listing.  If you would like to use another carrier (or live outside of Canada/USA), please contact us BEFORE you place your order and we will try to accommodate if possible. 

​​NOTE: We generally include the price of shipping when quoting cosplays, and therefore we reserve the right to send a package with a faster/more expensive service at our discretion (basically, we pay the extra fees if we see fit). All packages are tracked and insured, and there may be duties and customs fees at the border that we have no control over. 

How long does it take to ship my order? When can I expect to receive it?

Delivery times are scheduled according to the complexity of the item and current sewing schedule. Delays can happen, so we recommend booking as early as possible. We may be able to accommodate rush orders (there are additional fees), but it is not guaranteed. 

Do you charge taxes?

​Canadian orders are subject to your provincial tax rates. USA orders are not charged sales tax, but they may be subject to duty and customs fees at the border (purchasers are responsible for these fees upon delivery). 

Do you accept returns? What about damaged items?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges. If there is an error or issue with fit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package and BEFORE you wear the item to discuss a solution.

​In the case of a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of the package delivery. If the damage is due to postal error, please take pictures of the box as it was when it arrived and keep the packaging. If the damage is due to something happening inside the box, please contact us within 7 days to discuss a solution.
